1、 熟悉TS16949及5大工具应用；
2、 熟悉注塑、电子件的生产工艺，有3-5年汽车零部件企业供应商管理经验；
3、 熟练使用质量分析工具，对机械图纸熟悉，有GD&T经验优先；
4、 英语听说读写熟练，熟练使用office软件；
5、 良好的团队协作能力和沟通技巧，能承受工作压力，愿意配合出差及完成主管交办的工作。

职位职责：

1、 协同Buyer、R&D进行新供应商开发评估；
2、 追踪零件APQP开发进度，评价个阶段样品及PPAP文件审核，追踪供应商改善进度，确保达成项目时间；
3、 针对量产件，进料及制程不合格项开出通报单并追踪供应商改善状况，8D；
4、 提高供应商管理能力，不断推进供应商质量改善；
5、 及时清理库存不良品，做出适当的退货、返工方案，降低公司不良库存；
6、 评估供应商月度、年度绩效，对合格分供方进行评价，并要求供应商做持续改善。
