Job Purpose:

This job exists to serve the needs of the business by supporting the delivery of all Recruitment activities for Anantara Vacation Club(AVC) NEA. This includes the corporate office team, sales and marketing sites, and Call Center.

This job will work closely on a day-to-day basis with HR colleagues and line managers within the AVC NEA corporate office and our remote locations in China.

Key Responsibilities:

· To oversee all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, creating employment contracts.

· Hunt qualified candidates or provides relevant information via recommendations internally or externally.

· Ensures timely preparation and arrangement for interview, selection, and recruitment.

· Laison with recruitment agencies and universities

· Manage the on-line recruitment through the company’s Web Site and other recruitment channels

· Site inspections for colleges, and universities

· Assist with Correct and timely placement of internal and external advertisements

· Adherence to pre, during and post employment checklists

· To implement the HR operational policies and processes..

· To oversee all matters relating to the orientation and onboarding of new associates in an efficient and consistent manner.

· To coordinate and ensure the maintenance of an efficient and professional working environment.

· Assist in the preparation of the monthly HR reports

Job Specifications:

· Min 3 years experience in similar capacity with international company.

· Fluent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.

· Good communication and organization skills.

· Understanding of HR policy and process. Good understanding of China labour law.

· Aptitude to learn and become expert in AVC Recruitment (Taleo) and other HR systems

· Able to draft employment contracts based on standard templates

· Organized, self disciplined, focused, accurate.

· Act with personal professionalism and integrity at all times

· Display a positive attitude, even under pressure
