Supervise and coordinate RM, semi-FG and FG series inspection activities , ensure precision and accuracy and guarantee that the products are in compliance with specifications and legal requirements

Seek for continuously quality improvements through actively data trend analysis and non-confirming analysis

1/ Incoming Material Quality Control& Supplier Management
?Work on with relevant functional departments and keep the raw material purchasing specification (RMPS)being in accordance with suppliers ,and also keep effective testing plan and testing method ;
?Coordinate actives of RM incoming inspection , ensure qualified RM release.
? Periodically review/evaluate the material’s quality status including the receiving condition and using condition in production, and Actively communicate with supplier and other departments to solve any RM quality issues for continuous improvement , all actions should be verified to be closed.

?Implement RM suppliers audit and do year-end material supplier evaluation ,tracking all audit findings to be corrected and prevented.
2/ Semi-FG&FG inspection and Non-confirming management
?Work on with relevant functional departments and keep finished goods specification , testing items and testing method being in accordance with customers ;
?Leading and co-ordinating semi-FG and FG inspection activities , ensure precision and accuracy and guarantee that the products are in compliance with specifications and legal requirements;
?Periodically review/evaluate products testing data and non-confirming status , working on with other teams and drawing out corrective and preventive measures in order to get high and stable quality performance ;
?Spread out complaints investigation and 8D analysis , finished RCFA report.
3/ Lab equipment management
?Set up good equipment operating rules and regulations and Keep all analysis equipment being in good condition so as to meeting analysis and business needs ;
?Set up effective Capex plan to do supplemental backup.
4/ Team management
?Set up suitable and appropriate team objective & KPI and drive for the good performance through effective organization ,coordinate , coach ,motivation etc ;
?Set up directional internal train plan and keep it implementation accordingly ;
?Standardize and perfect all analysts work flow for high effectiveness and smooth work procedure;
?Implement recruitment and bring up multi-skill talented person for backup and internal development .
?Leading team for compliance with plant core value.
