Degree on Human Resources or Accounting
2. Example of Skills
SAP skill (HR Module)
Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Fluency in English

HR Related working experience （2-5 years）
Payroll related working experience >2 years is a must
4. Examples of Behavioural Criteria
The ability to work under pressure.
High sense of job responsibility and data confidentiality
Active in communication
Proactive working attitude
Main Responsibilities:
1. Being responsible for payroll data collection
2. Being responsible for payroll running with SAP
3. Being responsible for payroll related reports
4. Being responsible for providing data for market survey
5. Being responsible for payroll communication/feedback based on employee query
6. Being responsible for payroll statement issue
7. Being responsible for IIT declaration
8. Supporting the merit increase
9. Providing improvement suggestion on SAP PY module
10. Prepare for salary adjust paper for position cases
