Job Title: Finance Supervisor

1. JOB SUMMARY: The position holder functions as accounting/finance Supervisor in Klauke Nantong and performs responsibilities related to: design and implement company finance policy; give financial support and direction in daily plant operating business and all other activities as directed by the Business Unit and/or senior management. He/she ensures that all business activities and finance records are in accordance with company finance policy and relative state regulation. Implement relevant systems to meet corporate/BU guidelines.
2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Lead the accounting team to prepare and review monthly ledger accurately and timely, provide monthly finance reports to Greenlee US through Hyperion, and financial statements to local management (30%);
? Update Internal Control procedures according to business change and get proper approval from Internal Control Dept (10%);
? Cash flow control, management and forecast update (10%)
? Monthly forecast review and update, conduct yearly budgeting and AOP for the company (20%)
? Review and analysis operational performance and provide advice to other team leader (10%);
? Make monthly and yearly taxation and statistics filing with local government authorities, and co-ordinate tax audit by tax bureaus (10%);
? Tax plan: Complete and submit monthly/quarterly operating tax plan/forecast to Textron HQ, conduct year-end tax return to provision (5%);
? Annual Audit: Work closely with the appointed auditing company to ensure year-end financial closing and the filing with the government is properly conducted (5%);

4. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT: ？√ Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Financing
Prior Relevant Work Experience (Years and Type): √ 3 – 5 years
Specialized Training or Background:
? Certificated Public Accountant ( CPA)
? Knowledge in MNC and manufacture accounting
? ERP knowledge, preferred has Kingdee K3 experience
? 2-3 years management experience
5. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hand to finger, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
