Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or similar discipline. Knowledge of the financial market is a plus
2.No less than 2-years working experience in a software developer capacity
3.Involved in a number of a certain scale software development and implementation of projects, familiar with the software engineering process
4.With object-oriented analysis and design capability.Strong skills in C# ,C++
5.Rich in multi-threaded, network programming development experience
6.Familiar with at least one relational database
7.With a large database-based application development experience and SQL programming experience
8.Very strong communication skills are essential
9.Certain management and coordination capacity
10.Fast learner,Mature,capacity to operate under stress
11.A professional with detailed and systematic problem solving skills
12.Hard working, looking for a new challenge, willing to operate in a demanding environment
13.Proactive work, with a strong sense of responsibility and have excellent analytical, organizational and technical guidance capability

其后于 2003 年 7 月，我们推出了一些私人基金，名为华富股票增长基金及华富卓达基金。于2005 年 5 月基金进一步发展并推出另外 3 只基金，分别是华富增值基金、华富大中华基金及华富机会基金。
