Main Functions:


1)Lead monthly closing and prepare performance review , identify deviation and provide valuable comments;

2)Provide ad hoc financial analysis according to management requirement ;

3)Support and control yearly budget and monthly forecast, propose proper action plan or business procedure for operation ; Cooperate with Expansion for strategic plan;

4)Efficient communication with stores to improve business performance ;

5)Financial knowledge training;

6)Manage store reporting team and help them be more competent for current job;

7)Be responsible for weekly and monthly loss analysis , which is used to control the stock management and inventory procedure in stores;

8) Ensure the cost control is preformed accurately, timely and completely;

Qualification :



1) Bachelor's Degree or above , finance background is preference ;

2) More than 3 years related working experience and management experience in foreign invested company is preference ;

3) Self-motivated and independent with high integrity ;

4) Aggressive, initiative and committed; Detail and accuracy oriented ;

5) Fluent spoken and written English ;

6) Good master of Microsoft Excel and finance system ;
