2.Related working experience in the same position with overseas client and network
3.Following with operation and documentation staff to well proceeding the shipments
4.Organized, careful, working hard
5.Computer skills and good communication with people

Good to have:
1. College Degree or above
2. Good reaction of the market and communication skills with people
3. Team work spirit, self-motivated, detail-oriented, be able to work under pressure, very organized
4. Good in written and spoken English with goods computer skills, familiar with MS Office

Description:
Communicating with Overseas Offices, clients and China Local suppliers, in order to organize the shipments correctly and satisfy the clients.

Job Responsibility & Activities:
Following all the routings from overseas offices
Contacting the suppliers to provide the necessary information to overseas for shipping instruction
Organizing operation and documentation to well proceeding the shipments
Preparing the DEBIT NOTE and PRE-ALERT to overseas
Assisting operation to close the file for accounting dept
Making the shipping report to overseas office according to the specific client's request
Helping manager to improve service quality
