We are now looking for individuals of excellent calibre to join our dynamic team in:
。Corporate finance advisory
。Corporate rescues and restructuring
。Research and investment
。Equity sales and equity capital markets

Job Requirements

Applications are invited from individuals with experience in corporate finance, corporate credit, research, investment and equity sales and equity capital markets in Hong Kong, Mainland China or elsewhere who have had experience in an international accounting firm, legal, investment or private equity firm, investment bank or stockbroker active in this business.

In each case, an ability to read and write Chinese and speak Mandarin and, or Cantonese would be useful but applications from native English speakers are also welcome. A willingness to live in or travel to Mainland China would be an advantage. Candidates who would like to work in any of the locations set out above are invited to apply.
