· Compose project documents following cooperate level developing process


KEY Requirement:


· Bachelor or Master degree, Major in computer since or related
· At least 1 years working experience of software development
· Have web front-end development experience
· Strong skill with HTML/CSS and have good sense of web layout
· Strong skill with JavaScript, XML, Web service programming
· Experienced of building web GUI using JSP, Struts or similar web front-end technologies
· Good design and concept of web application. Have experience of tuning the performance of web application
· Good command of spoken English
· Work under high pressure, result oriented


2.Sr Web Developer(above 4yrs)
Job Description
·4+ years of front-end web experience.
·Skilled with selecting typography, screen layout and color.
·Proficient with a variety of graphic formats – jpeg, ico, gif, tif, png, pdf etc.
·Experience using HTML5 and CSS3 (not just tools like Dreamweaver).
·Fluency with JavaScript and other web front-end scripting languages.
·Strong work experience with JQuery.
·Have a strong understanding of browser rendering engines.
·Good knowledge of WCAG 2.0, WAI, and WAI-ARIA standards.
·Familiarity with modern mobile devices and Smartphone's

Be skilled at Core Java and J2EE technologies
Be skilled at Oracle DBMS development is required.
Be familiar with Unix environment and command
Good command of spoken English and communicate effectively with offshore clients.
Strong responsibility and flexibility under work pressure
Experience in Websphere Portlet Factory (WPF) is a plus
Experience in Flex/Flash (Adobe) is a plus
Experience in Web Services/TIBCO is a plus
Experience in Portal is a plus
Banking knowledge/experience especially in Wealth Management / Investments retailing is a plus
Experience in Crystal Report, Business Object is a plus


5,Sr. Java/Web developer
Requirement:
-3+ related working exp., bachelor degree or above
-Skilled in Hibernate
-Skilled in Websphare (IBM Websphare application server)
