职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 负责客户的所有委托，并将客户的委托及时与其他部门沟通、协调，并将信息及时反馈给客户；
2. 对客户委托的业务要全程跟踪、及时反馈，对有疑问的环节必须及时告知上级领导，及时解决客户的要求；
3. 与国外公司联系,按照指示安排运输以及相关物流服务；
4. 据工作表现，深层挖掘客户并给公司带来利益。
Responsibilities
1. Receive booking from clients, communicate with other related departments, feedback to clients on timely manner
2. Track and trace , and do the necessary report for clients
3. Communicate with overseas offices and get the clear shipping instructions from them. And arrange as per their instructions without failure
4. Develop the market based on good performance and service to the clients

岗位要求：
1. 大专以上学历，精通英文，口语流利，CET-6以上；
2. 二年以上货运代理行业客服岗位工作经验；
3. 个性随和，具有亲和力，善于沟通与交流，谦虚积极；
4. 观察力敏锐，具有灵活应变及处理紧急事务的能力；
