JOB TITLE: Deputy General Manager
LOCATION NAME: Ningbo City
REPORTS TO: Presient of Tower China/GM of the plant
DEPARTMENT: Operation
GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Responsible for daily operations of the Ningbo facility. Be the Tower contact and coordinate with each function.
？ Review and support manufacturing efforts and policies in the areas of Manufacturing, material usage, capacity planning, production scheduling, safety, customer satisfaction, HR management,visual controls and on-time delivery.
？ Drive actions for new business project, get involved with customer pricing issues for the local market.
？ Prepares necessary reports on labor utilization, productivity, and manufacturing expenses explaining any variances if required.
？ Maintains rapport with the partners and facilitates agreements between the partners as needed to support the business.
？ Advocates and supports the continuous improvement and lean manufacturing management, ensuring the implementation of process improvement recommendations.
？ Maintains a safe and clean work environment and ensures that the operation’s equipment, facility and processes are in conformance with government and local EHS regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? 5 years experience at a senior management level required
? Background in a multinational environment preferred
? Experience in a joint venture environment preferred
? 5 year college degree in automotive, mechanical, sales or other related field required; Masters degree preferred
? Language skill is must(English and Chinese)
? Experience in operations required
? Have an understanding of business finances
? Experience with program/project management would be a plus
