ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY MEASURES/职责/主要衡量指标
Responsible for the management and development of all Health & Safety systems for the site, in line with all Local and Corporate requirements. Will ensure that the site is compliant with all local laws. Will lead the efforts towards the relevant certifications (OHSAS 18001).
Will ensure that Health & Safety is a critical objective for all.
？ Responsible for the management and development of all Environmental systems within the site, in line with all Local and Corporate requirements. Will ensure that the site is compliant with local Environmental laws. Will lead the effort towards the relevant certifications (ISO14001). Will maintain awareness within the plant and ensures that environmental issues are a critical objective for all. Will develop solutions to minimize waste generation, energy use, water use and their associated costs.
？ Participates in the development of the department Quality system and ensure compliance with the company quality policy.
？ Participate to the development of a Business Continuity Plan.
？ Minimize lost work day cases and accidents.
？ Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulatory requirements for local government authorities.
