Key Responsibilities:

Design, implementation, management, and top-level support for the following technologies: Citrix MPS 4.0, Citrix Xenapp 6.5, MS Windows Terminal Server 2003 / 2008R2, VMware ESX 4.x and 5.x, HP thin clients, EMC SAN infrastructure, MS SQL Server.

Under the guidance of the Global Virtualization Manager, work with the team to develop global strategy and design for new and existing virtualization solutions.

Develop best practice guidelines, documentation, and IT staff training where appropriate.

Level 3 support and vendor engagement as it relates to virtualization solutions in use or being developed for the company.

General Requirements:

University Degree, preferably in an IT, IS, or Computer Science

5+ years working experience in IT

Highly proficient in both verbal and written English.

Ability to travel occasionally both in-country and over-seas.

Willingness to work off-hours and extended hours on occasion.

Proven ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision.

Experience leading technical discussions and training sessions for colleagues and junior level technical staff.

Experience interfacing with management and internal customers at all organizational levels.

Technical Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing Citrix Xenapp in a large enterprise class server based computing environment required.

Experience with thin client server based computing required.

Experience with virtualization platforms strongly desired.
