职位描述
Job Purpose:
To provide an effective and efficient HR service to the Chinese offices and to develop, implement and manage HR projects including local and group HR initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
? Support managers in the recruitment process, including screening candidates, managing on-line recruitment/agency recruitment processes and conducting final interviews and reference checks as required.
? Make proposal to HR manager and lead implementation of C&B related programs (e.g. contract content review, benefit review, enterprising annuity, grading system, recognition program etc.)
? Compile C&B policy manual and set up related SOPs
? Review and make proposal to HR manager to update policy/guideline timely based on business needs and related law and regulators to ensure legal compliance on all people related issues
? Functioning as an HR central point of contact with all resources for day to day HR related topics to employees and management
? Keep and update employees records including personal file data, onboarding, exit, leave and absence records
? Be responsible for effective communication programs to ensure harmonious employee relations and increase employees ‘engagement.
? Produce monthly and annual HR reporting including monthly headcount reports, turnover and other employee reports and annual data reporting for the Group.
? Support the implementation of international HR projects in local office, including employee survey, performance review, organizational talent review and other group projects and ensure its implementation to achieve the project goal
Education & Experience
? Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Management
? 5 to 8 years working experience in HR function in MNC, experience in HR generalist role is strongly preferred;
? Good communication and interpersonal skills; Good sense of responsibilities
? Attentive to detail, Proactive,
? Logical, good analytical skill, quick learner
? Able to work independently, under pressure and to handle complexity
? Excellent data analysis skill, good at Office skill, especially in Excel,Access,SPSS
