Job Position：Welding Engineer
Responsibilites:
1.Compile welding procedure qualification record and welding procedure specification.
2.Design and make improvement on welding fixtures.
3.Train the welders to ensure their skills are constantly improved and evaluate the welders’ performance periodically.
4.Solve welding problems on the site of production.
5.Inspect and Improve welding qualities.
6.Choose the right welding machines and edit the operation manual for the welders.
7.Other tasks according company needs.
8.Obey the work arrangement assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1.Above Bachelor degree, majoring in welding/material/manufacturing, etc.
2.Above 3 years’ experience in welding process, particularly familiar with arc welding (MIG and TIG) and spot welding, familiar with stainless steel and carbon steel plate and tube welding, experience of Titanium and Nickel alloy welding is a plus. 3.Complete know ASEM and PED welding standard and worked with these standards, Knowledge of US steel shapes and material grades and Chinese equivalency;
4.Perform NDT in a heavy welding department with MIG/MAG manual process, to ensure, that the non-destruction material check is done according to internal and external standards, LevelⅡor above qualification is priority.
5.Familiar with various office software, especial in CAD, responsible, pressure endurably and healthy.
6.Need to be certified as Welding Engineer.
