The Role
The Progress Manager is responsible for
1. Enabling students to successfully reach their learning objective
2. Contributing to sales targets as a result of the educational success and satisfaction of the students
3. Contributing to referrals, renewals and other service income as a result of the educational success and satisfaction of the students
Profile
1. You like working in a multicultural environment
2. You possess excellent English and good presentation skills
3. You project a very professional image
4. You like giving guidance, feedback and helping students with their study plans
5. You are friendly and can build good relationships with students as their advisor
6. You love sales and you are good with people
7. You are trustworthy, presentable and persistent
8. You can work flexible hours
Key Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, overseas background is a plus
2. Excellent English communication skill, TEM8 is preferred
3. At least 1 year work experience is a must
4. Strong customer services experience is preferred; education industry background is a plus
5. Sales experience is preferred
