Synopsis:
The Center Operations Director is responsible for the Center Operations Performance and Team Management, Recruiting and Training and Cooperation with Center Sales Director and Center Sales Team.
The role:
This role leads the management team in the Center including the Director of Studies, Service managers, Progress Managers and others to create a highly motivated service organization. The COD has focus in two areas: 1) Create as many "EF student evangelists" as possible to spread positive word of mouth on the EF system. 2) Act as key staff roll model, leader, manager and career developer.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage Students Service Coordinators and Cashier team of center to enhance the students satisfaction
2. Manage foreign teachers to provide best experience to students
3. Course schedule. Life club and workshop events booking and coordination.
4. Work with Sales team to handle leads in a professional way.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
3. Knowledge of relevant computer applications
4. Strong leadership and logic way of thinking
5. Work experience in an international company is a necessity
