职位描述
根据设备运行状况及维修班组长的指示，开展设备维护及维修活动并积极实施CIP，保证现场生产设备的正常运行，从而使各项生产任务保质保量按时完成。
维修工主要职责包括:
严格遵守车间的各项安全制度，正确穿戴劳防用品，严格执行安全锁定流程
通过日常的维修和维护工作实施，保证设备安全、高效运行
按要求节点实施包括TPM在内的预防性维修/维护计划，及时准确填写设备点检卡
参与维修CIP项目的实施,支持生产、工程CIP项目的实施
快速响应生产的暗灯和呼叫,响应和支持生产现场工艺、设备问题解决
参与车间组织的技术培训，不断提高自身能力和素质
服从班组管理，完成班组安排的其它临时性工作
个人属性
积极的影响力，能有效影响相关人员
必须要有团队合作精神，保证沟通是开放直接和清楚的。
具有独立工作应用一般流程和标准的能力。
必须具有在组织各级别间形成良好的工作关系。
对同事必须灵活并给予支持。

2. 基本的计算机操作 基本要求

5. 能够灵活的进行工作安排，包括需要的时候，可以轮班、加班 基本要求
6. 能够在很小监管压力下完成重要任务 基本要求
7. 必须有记录表明能积极的在承诺的期限内交付 基本要求
