职位描述
负责设备维护班组日常管理工作，负责车间设备突发故障维修处理。根据设备运行状况开展设备维护及维修活动，按计划安排实施PM和TPM工作，降低设备故障率，保证现场生产设备的正常运行。
关键活动应包括:
- 领导和管理维修班组，严格执行EHS（环境、健康、安全），确保员工和设备的安全
- 解决生产中设备突发故障,确保正常生产
- 按计划安排实施包括TPM在内的预防性维修/维护工作，并检查点巡检卡的规范填写
- 收集生产线出现的问题,分析原因及解决措施,积累技术经验,提高维修团队的问题解决能力
- 参与维修CIP项目的实施,支持生产、工程CIP项目的实施
- 快速响应生产的暗灯和呼叫,响应和支持生产现场工艺、设备问题解决
- 指导, 培训和发展维修团队, 持续提高他们的维修技能和能力
- 参与车间组织的技术培训，不断提高自身能力和素质
- 能及时完成其他各项工作

主要要求：
- 高中/中专/技校或以上, 机械或电气类专业
- 基本的计算机操作
- 有一定的组织领导、协调及双向沟通能力
- 至少3年在汽车/相关工业的设备维修经验，1年以上班组管理经验
- 能够灵活的进行工作安排，包括需要的时候，可以轮班、加班
- 能够在很小监管压力下完成重要任务
- 必须有记录表明能积极的在承诺的期限内交付
