Main Responsibilities:

1. Design and optimize database architecture and data structure/schema upon projects need
2. Manage evaluation of new proposals
3. Troubleshooting database defects and turning performance issues
4. Developing database scripts, triggers, and stored procedures upon projects need
5. Responsible for data backup and restore, and database system upgrade
6. Work with business community to understand the requirements and translate them into database schema

Knowledge and Experience:

1. Proven capability with the mainstream database systems, including Oracle 10/11, and Microsoft SQL
2. Solid 5 years experiences with database system design, administrate, turning, and configuration.
3. Understand VMware or other virtualization technology is desirable
4. Understand Linux operation is a plus
5. Understand programming language such as C++ or Java is a plus.

Education:

1. BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience in a related technical field from a recognized university with average score of 80%

1. Demonstrated good written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese)
