Responsibilities:
1. Leads assigned area equipments management to ensure the smooth operation in operation workshops;
2. Reviews the operation of equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement;
3. Ensures the high standard GMP and safety behaviors in all maintenance areas;
4. Initiates and implements the plant maintenance program based on best practices with an emphasis on planning and preventive maintenance;
5. Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary;
6. Leads the PM pillar related activities implementation in ownership area;
7. Provides guidance in resolving day-to-day maintenance problems with other supervisors and managers;
8. Ensures that the technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner;
9. Hires the suitable maintenance personnel according to business needs;
10. Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the technicians;
11. Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs;
12. Coordinates activities with Factory Operations Departments
13. Lead Gum area whole project
14. Lead Gum area process improvement, technical support

Requirement:

1. This position requires a college or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent major along with 8-10 years of maintenance engineering / project management experience with 5+ years in supervisory capacity in multinational companies.
2. The incumbent should have a solid background in mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering principles as well as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
3. The incumbent should have good planning and analytical skill and good communication skill, must be a proactive team player with integrity, maturity and confidence.
