Responsibilities职责
1.Responsible for all activities in supplier searching, identification and development.
负责所有与供应商寻找、识别和发展的相关活动。
2.Negotiate for new part price and control total material cost to achieve cost reduction target.
商谈新产品价格，并控制整体材料成本以满足成本控制目标。
3.Evaluate the suppliers to improve the suppliers' performance and assist the purchaser to handle some suppliers quality issues.
评估供应商绩效并进行改善，协助采购解决相关质量问题。
4.Responsible for checking vendors' activity in compliance with contracts and agreements.
负责检查供应商活动的合规性。
5.Ensure to complete sourcing activities on a timely basis.
确保供应商开发工作按时完成。
6.Manage & maintain business partners relationship with suppliers.
管理并维护和供应商的业务合作关系。
7.Organize the audit of the suppliers and support supplier's improvement.
组织供应商审核并协助其进行改善。
8.Meet or exceed and continuously improve on related performance metrics objectives.
达到或超过并不断提高对部门相关绩效指标的目标。
9.Continue with self development through training programs, seminars, and self-study.
通过培训、研讨和自学等方式不断的自我发展。
10.Performs various other assignments as directed by supervisor.
完成领导分配的其他任务。
11.Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
遵守公司的政策和程序。

Qualifications任职资格
1.Diploma or Degree，Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing is Preferred.
大专以上学历，机械工程、制造专业优先。
2.Over 3 years of Related Experience in Sourcing, localization experience in automotive industries or agricultural equipment is preferred.
3年以上供应商开发的相关工作经验,具有汽车和农业设备行业国产化经验者优先。
3.Must be able to read Engineering Drawing and Interpret its Requirement.
能看懂工程图纸并解析要求。
4.Independent, honesty, integrity, resourceful, sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
独立、诚实、正直且足智多谋，有紧迫感并能在压力下工作
5.Strong skill on negotiation/communication and analysis and ability to work well with teams.
较强的谈判、沟通和分析能力，关注细节，具有团队合作精神。
6.Communicate fluently in both Written and Spoken English.
能流利地用英语交流（包括书写和口语）。
7.Willingness to travel up if needed.
愿意出差。
