1）. IE technology specialist- Interconnection technology

Mission:

This role will be responsible for leading the development of new process technology, optimization of existing process activities. As the technology competence owner, he is obligated to provide support and give suggestion to project, process and maintenance team

Job description

- Work with design department to solve process issue, ensure compatibility of processing methods.

- Organize the improvement for process in quality, cost and speed to meet the customer requirement.

- Works with global team for new line installation and qualification at Shanghai, may require travel to foreign country for training or assignment.

- Develop and optimize company equipment performance specification, company standards with headquarters.

- Trouble shooting and reengineering of production processes within the scope of requirements of new product design.

- Work with internal / external equipment manufacturers or other assembly center to improve current manufacturing process and development.

- This role will take technical expert on one or more of following technology: soldering, press-fit, brazing, Laser welding metal, riveting.

- Continuously training to manufacturing engineers, and TPM technicians in the special area.

Necessary requirements

1. B.S. degree or above, majoring in material science or other equivalent ones.

2. Experience with press-fit, pin insertion, Laser welding, brazing, riveting, leakage test, is an added advantage.

3. Solid understanding in equipment mechanics parts is preferred.

4. Working understanding of statistics/Six Sigma certification desirable.

5. Experience in performing GR&R, process DOE.

6. Good knowledge in material and analysis standards (Metals).

7. Good oral, written communications skills. Fluent in English.

2）. IE technology specialist - Polymers

Mission:

2. Experience with assembly and connection technique, electronic and measurement and testing techniques is desirable
3. Good knowledge in material and analysis standards (polymers and plastics).
4. Good oral, written communications skills. Fluent in English.

3）. IE technology specialist – Wire bonding
