Application Engineer (应用工程师)

General requirements

1. - Technical background (engineering degree experience)
技术类专业背景（工程相关学位,, 有工作经验））
2. - Knowledge of European work modes and behaviors
了解欧洲企业的工作行为模式
3. - Good English knowledge, in best case German knowledge
良好的英语基础，最好掌握一定的德语
4. - Act in a (self-)confident and authoritative manner
自信、权威的行事作风
5. - Reliable in acting and giving statements
日常工作和汇报上能够表现足够的可信度
6. - Knowledge of communication ways and acting depending on them
具备良好的人际沟通能力

7. - Be the interface between customer HRO and HFK (present at customer, prepare information, generate overview of situations and customer questions, handle communication ways)
作为客户和HRO及HFK的窗口, 负责相关业务,（不仅限客户巡演，搜集相关材料，有效主导和回答客户需求）
8. - Be own initiative when it comes to customer problems and questions (face situation, generate overview, prepare information for HRO, HFK)
能够积极主动原创地面对客户问题和并释疑（针对不同情形，概况综述并且搜集信息反馈给HRO和HFK）
9. - Building up system know how with own initiative
积极主动性建立系统的知识体系
10. - Acting on own initiative for finding solutions and clarifying doubts (information research, ask questions)
主动探索解决问题的方案，并向客户进行释疑（包括信息搜集、提出问题）
11. - Basic technical knowledge and application
掌握基本的技术知识和应用技能
12. - Electrotechnical knowledge (signals, bus systems, basic understanding)
掌握电工学知识（了解信号及总线系统）
13. - Electrotechnical basics in using hardware (measurements with oscilloscope, measurements with calibration tools, measurements with analysis tools, handle electronic hardware equipment)
硬件方面的电子基础（能够利用示波器、校准工具和分析工具进行测量分析，熟练操作电子硬件设备）
14. - Basic knowledge in using a personal computer and its tools (office, mail, managing of data sets, structured folders and data sets), when possible experience with CANape, CANalyzer.
基本掌握电脑办公软件（包括office软件、邮件处理、数据组管理、文件夹结构和数据库建立），并具备CANape, CANalyzer使用经验
15. Experience in Steering system development is preferred;
具有汽车转向系统设计经验者优先。

16. - basic knowledge of vehicle engines

17. - basic knowledge of Signals and Bus-Signals (PWM, LIN and CAN)
