Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze training needs align with training application
- Design and develop training programs based on training needs analysis;
- Lead and develop the Training Operation, administration and Project Team
- Develop strategies to meet business requirements
- Implement, monitor and analyses initiatives to support the business
- Develop annual training plan and budget, and responsible to implement training plan;
- Deliver management skills training programs, facilitate leadership training programs;
- Evaluate training programs to make sure training effectiveness;
- Provide coaching to internal trainers;
- Communicate training programs and plans to ensure transparency and accessibility
- Select and manage external training consultants and/or vendors

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- 5 years’ experience in Training function
- Familiar with Auto industry
- Proficient English and Chinese, German language skill would be an advantage
- Good skills with leading people
- Competency of understanding project and training system
- Ability to steer and lead diverse department
