Job description 岗位描述
1. Read and understand drawing, instruction measurement requirement
阅读并理解图纸及测试指导的尺寸测量要求
2. Coordinate the test needs for different departments and plan test schedule
协调各部门的测试需求，安排测试进度
3. Prepare samples and fixtures perform the measurement test, analyze the data and finish test report
准备尺寸测量的样品及夹具，完成尺寸测试，分析数据，并编写测试报告
4. Coordinate external test supplier for special measurement
协调外部测试供应商，完成特殊的测量工作
5. Implement new measurement equipment and new method
导入新测量设备、新测量方法
6. Coordinate supplier for measurement equipment’s repair and maintenance
协调供应商进行测量设备的维修、保养
7. Create and manage the validation test documentation according to customer & Hella requirements
根据客户与海拉内部要求，创建和管理相应的测试文档
8. Other job assigned by Department Manager
部门经理安排的其他工作

Necessary requirements 任职资格
1. University degree in mechanical
机械相关专业本科学历及以上
2. 3+ years working experience with dimension measurement
3年以上尺寸测量工作经历
3. Familiar with mechanical drawings, and measurement methods
熟悉机械图纸，和尺寸测量方法
4. Experience in the handling of measurement equipment, experience with 3D surface scan will be priority.
测量设备使用经验，有3D表面扫描经验 者优先
5. Knowledge of quality control method (e.g.: DEMIC, MSA, FMEA, etc.)
了解质量管控的基本方法（如：DEMIC, MSA, FMEA等）
6. Good communication and coordination skill
具有良好的沟通协调技巧
7. Fluent English, both oral and written. Able to communicate with foreign colleague directly both via email and phone.
英语读写熟练，能够直接用email和电话与外国同事沟通。
