Job Description 岗位描述
1. Team leader for 15 subordinates
带领15个人的团队。
2. Product responsibility for 4 product group(vacuum pump, Headlamp cleaning system, body actuators, engine compartment actuators)
负责4个产品组的产品（真空泵，大灯清洗，车身执行器，发动机舱执行器）。
3. Frequent communication for global program management about product and project status
关于产品和项目的状态要经常和全球项目管理层进行沟通。
4. Develop product strategy and portfolio in agreement with sales, global program management and local business development
与销售，全球项目管理和国内业务发展部共同开发产品的发展战略和产品目录。
5. Perform regular per-discussion for project quotation release(P2R) with PJM team actuators and report to program manager components
定期和执行器产品组的项目经理对项目报价进行提前商讨，并向机械项目经理汇报。
6. Coordinate project management within HSE-T-PCA and guarantee smooth project workflow and high customer satisfaction
协调部门内项目管理，保证项目可以顺利进行，保证客户高度满意。
7. Perform the Fiscal year budget planning and control/influence the budget during the FY ;
制定财年预算计划，并合理控制财年期间的预算费用。
8. Employee management: managing with targets and delegation, analyzing and procuring the necessary resources, qualifying, motivating and further developing these on the basis of a culture of trust, with performance-oriented payment
员工管理：实施计效化管理，负责分析以及获取，配置部门内资源，在信任的基础上激励，培养员工来实现好的业绩。
9. Product quality: following up the quality figures of all current customer development products. Initiating, planning, implementing and monitoring product updates for projects in agreement with the OTD, in order to increase the quality of its products in the life cycle.
关于产品质量：时时跟进所有目前正在生产的产品的质量数据。为了增加产品在生命周期中的质量，要和运营部一起对项目中产品的更新情况进行计划，执行和监督。


Necessary requirement 任职资格
1. Bachelor or master degree in engineering, automotive.
工程或者汽车方面学士或者硕士学历。
2. Language: fluent English. German is a plus but not required.
英语流利。拥有德语技能更佳，但非必备。
3. Minimum 8 years’ experience in automotive with the experience of working with local OEMs and international OEMs
至少8 年汽车工业领域经验, 有和国内主机厂以及国际主机厂合作经验。
4. Minimum 2 years leadership experience(functional and disciplinary)
至少两年领导经验。
5. Good communication and presentation skills to customer and internal management
较强的与客户及内部管理成沟通和展示报告的能力。
