Title：电气照明产品工程师

Location: 上海

岗位职责:

1. 熟悉MRO工业品行业，参与MRO产品的商务及技术谈判，以保证公司产品线能够有效地满足市场需求，并且根据客户要求不断发展及扩充产品线。

2. 分析产品的市场定位，调整产品结构

3. 市场调研，多途径寻找供应商，使供货产品多元化

4. 指导产品线负责人选择适合公司业务的品牌，供应商和产品

5. 评估供应商资质，定期对供应商产品品质、交货及时性及售后服务作考核

6. 持续降低采购成本，与综合供应商或工厂重新商谈

7. 给公司相关人员提供产品技术培训，包括产品推荐、应用及问题解答

8. 在售后服务流程中进行故障分析及责任鉴定

9. 每月查看报表，分析销售额/毛利/库存等与目标之间的差异

10. 参与制定部门相关质量标准，并监督落实

任职要求：

1. 理工类大学及以上学历，英语良好，具有上海户口或长住上海地区。

2. 5年以上在电气照明相关工作经验或相关售前售后技术服务经验 ，熟悉工厂非生产性材料或备品备件物资及采购流程优先。

3.熟悉电气照明相关产品，能够为客户提供有效地现场支持。

4、良好的客户服务意识和表达沟通能力，能在压力下工作，具备团队精神

5、良好的学习能力，熟练运用电脑，能够适应去外地出差。
