职位：总裁助理
工作地点：上海徐汇区


岗位职责：
1、负责为总裁提供高效、专业的支持工作；
2、负责配合总裁处理外部公共关系，参与客户会谈、商务谈判等工作；
3、负责配合总裁进行战略发展的规划，熟悉集团的整体运营状况；
4、负责协助总裁对经营计划、销售策略、资本运作等提供相关解决方案
5、负责协助总裁对集团运作与各职能部门进行管理、协调内部各部门关系，
6、负责协助总裁处理业务部门间的日常工作关系以及事务处理
7、负责及时传达总裁的各项指示安排，起草总裁交办的信函、报告等各类文件；
8、对重要业务资料进行档案管理，做好保密工作，凡涉及公司及领导工作中的各类秘密信息和资料不传播
9、负责完成总裁交办的其他事项。


任职资格：
1、 大学本科及以上学历，金融、财务、外贸类专业优先；
2、 CET八级以上水平，英语听说写流利；
3、 五年以上相关工作经验，拥有企业管理、团队建设、总经理业务助理等职位工作经历；
4、 出色的沟通能力、谈判能力、应变能力；
5、 熟练使用办公软件，具备优秀的表达能力；
6、 逻辑思维严密，具备良好的分析与解决问题能力；
7、 熟悉多元化集团的日常运作流程；
8、 工作认真细致，有条理性、逻辑性，良好的职业素养和职业操守。
