Objective of job
- This position directly reports to the head of MB Driving Academy, whose main responsibilities are to well consider MBDA exclusive expertise and develop effective consulting programs to improve MB dealers retail performance, especially test drive performance and test drive marketing activities etc., and also set up business KPI to monitor MBDA business performance in B2B and B2C areas, which including the following detailed scope of work:
- Develop MBDA business roll out strategy, estimation of budget and other resources, including the implementation plan
- Define Dealer test drive qualification standards
- Define Competency model for MB Dealer Sales Consultant in test drive area
- Develop MBDA dealer retail excellence program content and coaching guideline
- Develop high quality of KPI system for each dealer coaching team and Coach each consulting team to well understand and implement dealer on site coaching program consistently
- Optimize MBDA dealer coaching process
- Prepare periodic business performance reports of MBDA for management review
- Support Head of MBDA to develop Executive level documentation and presentation (PPT) materials
- Coordinate with MBDA team members to monitor the MBDA business performance based on defined KPI
- Coordinate with BMBS internal functions
- Budget control and SLA (Service Agreement) coordination
Qualification required
- Education
- Business Master or MBA
- Experience
- At least 5 years retail operational experience in auto industry, rich experience of sales & marketing in OEM operational team or 4S dealership ; at least 1-2 years’ experience on dealer retail consulting field;
- Good strategic thinking; good planning mindset and structure thought; good experience of international automotive brand dealer operation; good coordinating skill with high integrity; Innovative and willing to take challenge;
- Specific Knowledge
- Good English writing and speaking skill
- Excellent PPT development skill
Task designation
- Business strategy development
- MBDA dealer business integration programs development, such as Test Drive Qualification program;
- Coaching standards, methodologies, processes and KPI system development
- Internal collaboration for the successful implantation of MBDA programs
- Control the budget and achieve financial target
- Coach MBDA instructors and good team work
