Responsibilities:

Proactively provide a quality service to Australian customer & buyers for the sourcing, ordering and on time shipment of product
Ensure all merchandises deliver products to the Brands at competitive prices, at the right time.
Define quality control plan with suppliers and secure product quality
Guarantee key performance indicators and reach targets
Global negotiation on quality/ cost/ delivery
Oversee and check all development projects between buyers and merchandisers

Requirements:

University graduate with relevant working experience with global market exposure
At least 3/4 years working experience in menswear, be familiar with production and supplier management
Experience to work with overseas buyers independently
Familiar with quality standards & strong sourcing background
Sound knowledge of related product category and technical requirements
Strong negotiation and influencing skills, fluent in both written and spoken English
Well-versed in computer application - MS office
Frequent travel within local China is required
