职位介绍：
1、进行新化合物合成或新合成路线研究探索工作
2、按照中试放大的要求，对合成路线进行优化；
3、中英文文献资料和试验记录整理归纳。

Job description:
1. Synthesis of novel compounds or study of new synthetic route.
2. Optimization of synthetic routes for pilot scale-up.
3. Documentation and categorization of experimental records and related materials.

任职资格：
1. 有机合成或药物化学以及相关专业，本科或大专学历，对有机合成有一定了解。
2.有团队合作精神，能熟练阅读理解英文文献资料。
3. 具有放大生产经验和工艺研发基础的优先。


Qualifications:
1. Majored in synthetic organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry，etc. Bachelor’s degree， with in-depth understanding of synthetic organic chemistry.
2. Candidates must be good team player. Capability of reading and understanding literatures written in English is highly desired.
3. Experience with pilot plant production and process development is a plus.
