Main Accountabilities:

?Take part in company orientation training and have general knowledge about company`s core value, strategy, organization structure and function of each BU.
? Practice in production line and get familiar with the operation of production
? Be positive to have English E-learning and improve English ability
? Have job rotation in different departments and actively involved in department daily work
? Provide training weekly report
? Prepare and deliver evaluation presentation on certain topic
? Based on successfully evaluation, take part in assigned department`s basic engineering course and fulfill training targets
? Work closely with mentor in Shanghai and abroad to learn related professional knowledge and support project assigned
? Other tasks as required

? Performance evaluation
? Based on successfully passed the evaluation, detail job function will be defined, according to job function intensive engineering training and apprentice abroad will be provided
? On job training

Job Requirements:

? Major in Mechanical and relative engineering is preferred
? Quick learning ability
? Good communication skill
? Good oral English ability, German is a plus
? Teamwork spirit
? Result oriented
