Description

SSO Accounts Payable Services is a Service Delivery organization, securing optimal levels of quality and efficiency of Accounts Payable and the call off and implements agreement for indirect material.
The Service Delivery Manager reports to Head of SSO Accounts Payable Services and manages his/hers responsibilities within the framework and governance principles. This requires leadership in motivating and developing employees, and sharing best practices, the result is services delivered at the right time and with the right quality to each served unit/company.
The responsibility covers all Accounts Payable Services scope within the SSO Accounts Payable Services organization and includes:
· Manage day-to-day operations.
· Performance – ensure that the teams achieve set performance and cost targets.
· Staffing, resource planning and competence development including individual performance management (IPM).
· Ensure accuracy and quality within the relevant activities being performed within administration process and the Purchase-to-Pay flow including Scanning and Archiving. Supporting, coordinating and providing guidance to the SSO Accounts Payable Services Organization, Region and the Local companies.
· Manage Governance with stakeholders in other organizations such as Sourcing, Supply, Operations and Finance (Company Control, tax, treasury) and Business Control functions, lead change management within the Governance model.
· Manage deviations from processes and minimize the differences in how services are being performed.
· Escalation point for issues related to Accounts Payable Services deliveries and performance – The Service Delivery Manager works with the responsibility to resolve and improve performance.
· Execute relevant elements of the SSO Accounts Payable Services Strategy.

Qualifications

· Master/Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 5-7 years experiences in Service Delivery from BPO, Captive Shared Service Center or other types of Customer Service Centers, with two years in the management role.
Result orientation, Quality Orientation, Service minded, be able to stand stress.
System and process competence (local business vs. global standards for processes and systems).
Knowledge of Financial Model, Directives and Processes.
Proven track record of people management skills.
Fluent in English.
Highly developed communication skills
