Description
In this position, the engineer will be responsible for lab servers setup, configuration and maintenance. The responsibility will include but not be limited to following fields:
- In charge of installation, integration and upgrade servers of different platform.
- Troubleshoot with customer in Ericsson lab, and apply resolving solution.
- Handle RT tickets actively and seek for positive feedback from customers.
- Propose new ideas/suggestion for TE improvements.
- Initiatives/actions to improve customer’s satisfaction.

Experience/knowledge within the following areas is required:
- Preferably a Master of Science / Bachelor degree or equivalent in any of the following: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of UNIX/LINUX
- Good knowledge of VMWare and Xen virtualization
- Good knowledge of Solaris 9/10 System Administration (SPARC & X86)
- Good understanding of writing Shell / Perl scripting
- Excellent knowledge of Citrix solution implementations.
- Excellent understanding of different RAID implementation.
- Good understanding of GSM, WCDMA, LTE network technology.
- Knowledge in Sun and HP hardware.
- Knowledge in TCP/IP.
