Mediaroom is an IPTV solution, providing advanced IPTV features to global operators, such as Live, VOD, DVR, DRM, Timeshift etc. Mediaroom have deployed more than 12 million subscribers and 20 million STBs in the global. We are leading the innovations in Video, DRM, Next TV UX, and interactive & entertainment industry. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Software Engineer to enable more new features to Mediaroom product with us.

You will be responsible for providing solution to our customers based on Mediaroom. This includes:
1) Gathering and documenting Mediaroom deployment requirements from Mediaroom customers;
2) Based on requirements, provide deployment/implementation solution to customer, including deployment document, system configuration and detailed implementation documents.
3) Responsible for the implementation of Mediaroom system deployment, can collaborate with other resources in the project to make sure that project success.
4) Working with the development team to drive design and strategy to deliver on Mediaroom roadmap.
5) Deliver technical workshop/Training of Mediaroom to formal customers or potential customers.
6) Tracking, coordinating, and providing communication on project status.
7) As technical contact, you should provide feedbacks to customer questions and specific requirements.


Qualifications

This is a highly technical, high visibility position in which you must be able to establish credibility with the customers. So, you need:
1) Strong technical experiences on Microsoft platform, including Active Directory, IIS, NLB, Cluster, MOM, SMS, DPM etc.
2) Development experience is needed, should familiar with .NET, C#, C++, web services etc.
3) Embedded software, A/V, graphics, security, networking, embedded systems hardware, and device drivers is highly desirable
4) BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field or applicable job experience is required.
5) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
6) Pluses: MSCE certification, PMP certification, CCIE etc.
