职位描述：
1.了解和发掘客户需求及购买愿望，介绍自己产品的优点和特色；
2.定期致电、拜访合作用户和潜在客户，维护及增进已有客户关系；
3.定期进行相应区域的销售预测，进行销售工作总结；
4.制定项目跟踪计划，组织与用户的交流，落实具体项目进度；
5.开拓新市场，发展新客户，增加产品销售范围；
6.及时反馈客户信息，收集市场和行业信息；
7.负责与用户销售合同的签订与执行，安排售后服务。

岗位要求：
1.大学本科及以上学历，电气、电子、自动控制等专业毕业；
2.1年以上测试系统或者工业自动化产品销售工作经验，有技术、工程应用工作经历更佳；
3.熟悉工业自动化，特别是测试系统的技术要求和行业应用，了解工业自动化市场动态；
4.具备独立客户开发及项目拓展能力；
5.具有较强的沟通能力与人际交往能力；
6.面对压力有良好心态和足够的承压能力；
7.良好的沟通能力和开拓精神，富有责任心及团队合作精神；
8.具有一定的英文沟通能力；
9.能够适应经常性出差。
