Responsibilities:

？ Executive study and request by customer (TS team)

- Following the request received from Customer (sales), design and executive study, provide solution.

- Sample preparing accordingly

？ Provide training to internal staff and customer, visit customer if needed

？ Supporting Roquette product development

- Evaluating new product in application performance.

- Related other company’s product analysis.

？ Maintenance of related equipment

？ Working in confectionary application section special in chewing gum and tablet.

？ Support to lab daily work and development

Requirements:

？ Education

- Bachelor’s degree or above with Food science and processing background.

？ Knowledge, technical/professional skill:

- Fundamental knowledge on food category formulation.

- Familiar to food additives on category and properties. (In certain area)

- Ability to plan and execute experimental programs

- Good understanding of confectionary and know-how (chewing gum, tablet, hard boiled candy, Jellies etc.)

- Prefer have know-how on chewing gum and coating, experience on chewing gum and coating in R&D or processing department

？ Language

Practiced on English, spoken and writing

？ Experience

At least 2 years related working experience.

？ Travelling

Based in application development center and limited in business trip.
