Job Description：
- 新设备、新工艺的开发引进和持续改进
- 为生产工艺提供技术支持
- 为技术员提供技术支持和培训

- 根据具体的工艺要求制定对应的工艺参数

- 制定责任区域内设备的设备维护计划及作业指导书
- 及时有效处理各种设备异常并分析
- 积极配合、支持TS部门内部其他各小组的工作

Requirement：

- 大专及以上学历
- 3年以上技术领班相关经验

- 具有团队精神，富有责任感

The plant is equipped with advanced software & hardware and harness laboratory to meet diversified requirements from customers. Shanghai plant implements LEONI global productivity system (LPS) and FORS ERP global network system.
