Job Description:

- Define and apply the Global Purchasing policy and communicate this with related departments

- Gathering local volume information for future projects in order to get an overview for future demands

- Develop a sourcing strategies considering volumes and future demands

- Prepare market analysis and conduct benchmarks

- Select suppliers in accordance to the Purchasing policy

- Define the supplier panel for specific Material, Investments or Services and monitor its application

active participate on supplier development process for non-production material and services

- Preparation, initialization and negotiation of purchase contracts and service agreements

- Negotiation of general terms and conditions according to the valid LEONI procedures

- Regular benchmarking of purchased materials and services

- Issuance of quotations comparison in order to nominate best supplier

- Issuance of Purchase orders according to the existing procedures

- Preparation of monthly results

- Definition and implementation of savings potentials

- Elaboration of action plans in order to meet or exceed budgeted savings

- Support for project and commodity purchasing

Requirements:

- University degree(university of enginnering, major in commercial)

- 2~3year experience in purchasing, preferably non-production purchasing and services

- Good in oral&written English and computer skills

- Good Communication skill, negotiation skills, responsibility,able to work in team as well as independently
