Job Title: System Admin

Location: Shanghai

About the job:

The system administrator will be China Admin for Recruitment Process Management – RPM system to provide support to users across different location, also work as the project leader for system application maintenance and development.

Responsibilities:

- Work as the key contact person with vendor and service provider on various operation matter in RPM system development and maintenance.

- Manage and support RPM system data centre operations for development, maintenance or manage secondary development.

- Perform on-call duty as China System Admin and solving system problem to users across different locations in China.

- Manage and perform regularly scheduled communication with vendor to avoid any potential risks of the system during daily use or any IT changes.

- Working with global Business System team to design reports and provide data analysis according to business request.

- Develop best practices and procedures for system operations and maintenance.

Requirements:

- Candidate possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.

- Minimum 5 years' experience as system admin of internal business system and have related working experience as project leader for system implementation or secondary development.

- Have related experience in database management (Sybase knowledge would be a plus), also knowledge in software developing languages such as C/C++.

- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese.
