主要职责Key responsibilities:
负责对供应商生产的部件进行质量控制和提高检验：Responsible for supplier quality control and improvement
1. 对供应商生产的零部件进行检验， 包括部件的焊接，表面质量，机加工尺寸和形位公差进行检验；
Perform inspection on the parts manufactured by suppliers, including welding, surface, machining dimension, shape and position tolerance inspection;
2. 必要时在供应商车间进行源地检验，并对供应商的质量控制流程进行审核；
Necessary source inspection at supplier site, perform the audit on quality control procedure;
3. 检验结果的记录，对不合格品开具不良品单；
Inspect record, issue the NCR for unqualified parts;
4. 对供应商的质量进行分析，找出需要改进的薄弱环节；
Supplier quality analysis, find out the weak point for improvement;
5. 配合供应商管理团队对供应商的检验员进行培训和指导。
Work together with CSM to improve the supplier inspector’s competence and skill.

要求Requirements:
检验员要求：
1．大专/本科以上学历，机械制造相关专业；College/ university degree, mechanical
2．熟悉焊接，机加工和钣金质量控制；Familiar with welding, machining and sheet metal quality control
3．较强识图能力及熟悉机械制造公差标准，焊接通用标准和其它通用质量标准；Familiar with mechanical drawing, general manufacture tolerance standards, general welding standard and other general quality standards;
4．三年以上（含三年）同行业或相近行业的工作经验，熟练使用各类测量仪器；at least 3 years same or similar industry area working experience;
5．熟悉质量控制流程；Familiar with quality control process;
6．熟悉质量分析和改进工具；familiar with quality analysis and improvement tools;
7．良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，吃苦耐劳。Good communication skill and team work spirit
