Requirements:


1. College graduated is the min with major in engineering, leather/crust making
2. Minimum 4-years working experience on automotive industry, QC experience is preferred and at least 2 years supplier quality management experience in automotive industry.
3. Well understanding about TS16949, knowledge on APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC is preferred, internal/supplier audit experience is preferred
4. Fluent in reading and written English
5 Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
6 Ability to work independently and under pressure, Business trip with high frequency


Responsibilities:


Activity 1
Goal: Participate in supplier quality capability appraisal, select the appropriate potential suppliers
1. Provide leadership and development strategies for supplier quality development
2. Once purchasing department selected the potential suppliers, participate in supplier quality capability appraisal per EOCN standard
3. Follow, supervise & control the supplier quality issues during EO APQP stage
4. Obtain supplier PPAP and make continuous improvement on supplier process
5. Coordinate & provide training to the supplier to let them better understand our product and prevent unnecessary and unreasonable rejection


Activity 2
Goal: To ensure our supplier to constantly provide satisfying product and service

Activity 3
Goal: Participate in local supplier development. Educate the selected suppliers, to ensure they can continuously meet EO requirement and have the capability to provide stable qualified product
1. Work with local supplier and related PD engineers to complete PPAP document before crust SOP.
2. Make sure right process is correctly implemented by supplier (if the process is developed by EOCN). Request and support to set up necessary quality control points at the site of supplier. Make sure it works well. Offer the training to suppliers’ management and on-site people.
3. In the case of reject from EOCN, organize supplier and related dept analysis and work out short-term/long-term solution by using tools of 8D/PSR.. Keep following up the status and close timely.
4. Regularly visit Tannery facilities, Crust facilities and EOCN. Communicate findings and following them up, make sure all findings solved.
