任职要求：

1、大专及以上要求， 机电工程专业

2、3年及以上数控机床相关工作经验，一年以上外企工作经验

3、熟练使用AUTO CAD及OFFICE相关软件，熟练进行数控机床操作及编程

4、能读懂英文技术手册及图纸

5、良好的沟通能力、团队合作意识及积极好学

工作职责：

1. 主 主要以数控机床设备相关工作为主，包括：

A． 根据Comelz机器的说明书编写作业指导书，并负责操机人员的培训与考核

B． 指导生产部门利用自动裁床进行新项目的裁切与打孔，及时解决机器使用中的一些故障与突发事故，确保生产订单顺利完成

C． 指导生产部门利用数控机床进行小批量服务订单以及PD单的生产

D． 根据机器的说明书编写安全操作规范、维护保养程序，并负责自动裁床的安装调试、正常运行、预防维护和故障检测；

E． 机器定期校正以及备用零部件的库存管理

2. 协 辅助工艺工程师完成工艺辅助工作，包括：

A． 整理与核对BOM，并及时准确的提供给生产

B． 制作现场相关WI和图纸，满足生产要求

C． 定期更新PFMEA与flow chart

D． 帮助工程师进行刀模管理，确保刀模的检验、准备、维护以及维修准确高效有序

E. 完成工程师规定的其他工作，协助进行工艺改进，改善生产效率与质量
