Position Summary
This role is responsible for risk analysis and credit risk assessment for unsecured loans, which include but are not limited to, analyzing application data and client behavior in respect of the Company’s lending activities, optimizing acquisition and refinance strategies, identifying high risk segment, finding early indicators of customers with different patterns and suggesting policy changes or actions for risk mitigation.

Responsibilities
1. Develop regular reports to enable accurate monitoring and forecasting, such as delinquency, loss, vintage, profitability, new acquisition trends, bad debt provisions, score performance and possibilities for increasing profits from existing customers.
2. Analyze and identify potential areas of improvement in credit losses, product offers, customer segments, credit procedures, etc.
3. Develop and maintain statistical models/scorecards to predict various objectives/results so as to price appropriately reduce unit credit losses and maximize returns.
4. Regularly assess portfolio quality by products, cities, channels, underwriters.
5. Participate in ad hoc projects such as acquisitions or event driven risk analysis.
6. Provide on-going assistance to Management, Sales, Underwriting, Collection and etc. in the use of analytics.
7. The work assigned by the manager of risk management and analytics.

People Specifications
1. 1 years+ working experiences in data analysis or risk function of credit card or unsecured lending.
2. Bachelor/Master Degree, preferably in mathematics, statistics, operational research, finance, economics and etc. Professional qualification is a strong plus.
3. Strong analytical skills, working experiences in using SAS/SQL.
4. Has a good command of written/oral English.
5. Good PC skills in particular MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
6. Hard working, pro-active, result oriented, honesty and trustworthiness.
