Production Manager(生产经理)

Job Description:

1, To organize daily production plan according to the production plan with the consideration of capacity and change over,
2, To lead the team consists of maintenance, quality, process and production to fulfill the production plan in terms of quality, cost and delivery time. ,
3, To follow up and improve manufacturing operation indicator
4, To plan personnel recourses and initiate recruitment

5, To train and coach the operator and shift line leaders to meet the company requirement.
6, To manage subordinates to work align with the company discipline and policy, ensure the working safety in the responsible area.
7, To control the over time, attendance, leave and so on in order to deploy right manpower resource for smooth production to satisfied the customer demand.

8, To delegate work and check fulfillment
9, To develop the skill of subordinator.
10, To participate to the production line audit
11, To take a leading role in continuous improvement in the responsible area.
12, To support the new product and new production line introduction projects.
13, To support work of others function such as Quality Support
14, To participate to 8D report (external & internal)
15, To participate to technical committee

16, To report to GM

Job Requirement:
1, Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering or related area
2, At least 5 years working experience in leading production function , preferably in EMS area
3, Similar experience and successful achievement as production manager in multi-national company is strong advantage
4, Strong minded , good communication skills and people management skill.
5, Good English both in oral and written

6, Can work under pressure.
