职位描述
OBJECTIVES:
- Act as the main liaison between Sinodis and Brand HQ;
- Support the Brand Supervisor in the execution of the long term strategy and marketing plans for respective brands under his/her supervision;
- Develop the right products portfolio and to grow the respective brands under his/her supervision;
- Define and implement the over-all brand strategy;
LINE MANAGER:
Brand Supervisor/Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with brand's headquarters and report sales and marketing developments of the brand in China;
- Manage the marketing budget of the brand;
- Establish promotion/advertising calendar and follow up on the implementation;
- Develop communication tools, promotional concepts, brand activation strategies;
- Support the sales team with training on the products and with marketing materials;
- Keep an eye on organic growth by identifying new products within the brand’s active portfolio;
- Report monthly on all activities
MUST HAVE:
- University/Business School Graduate;
- General marketing experience with at least 1-2 years hands on background;
- Fluent oral and written English skills;
GOOD TO HAVE:
- New product launch experience;
- Western food experience and involvement;
- Effective collaboration with other departments during projects;
- Clear communication skills;
- Solid financial aptitude;
- China/Asia experience;
- Mandarin/French/Italian/other languages a plus.
