Job Description:

1.Lead the team to fulfill all tasks related to the function. If he also joins the project, he shall support the project leader to fulfill all related technical tasks on time;

2.Manage and motivate the team members, report to Workshop manager;

3.Work with sourcing department to localize the parts including spare parts and L4L parts;

4.Develop the mfg. engineering competence and capacity;

5.Work with production, QA and purchasing people closely and with efficient communication way;

6.Continuously improve product performance to keep it with same quality level as Swiss and Continuously cost saving;

Job Requriements:

1) Bachelor degree or above majoring in mechanical engineering and automation, photoelectricity or related;

2) Strong logic power, strong coordination abilities, strong communication capabilities;

3) Fluent in English both oral and written; skillful in Office software operation;well know about CAD

4) Able to cope with business partners;

5) Above 8 years' experience in mechanic, wafering, cropping, solar modules industry is preferred;
