Responsibilities:

-Issue invoice to customers

-Send invoice to customers weekly

-Keep properly invoices and related documents

-Register supplier invoice in Adonix system

Requirements：

-Students who will be graduated in 2014, in relevant major such as finance.

-Can have the internship every day, at least 4 full days per week

-Good attention on details & efficient capability to handle & solve problems or difficulties

-Professional team spirit to work with diverse sections in the department

-High sense of responsibility, hard – working, positive, flexible & open-minded

-Service-oriented, good command in communication & relationship skills, positive personality

-Basic language skills in spoken & written English & Chinese

-Familiar with computer operation (MS office)
